If you accidentally order the wrong template or program, you are responsible for buying that item. Global Squash Coach offers no refunds or exchanges whatsoever on any templates or programming. If you are purchasing an online coaching or consulting service, full upfront payments are to be made prior to commencing the service. No refund will be given following the commencement of any online coaching or consulting service, no exceptions.
